			Registration for CPR & First Aid Training Beginning on July 1, 2004, any individual seeking initial teacher certification must successfully complete a course in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and hold valid certification in these topics. Therefore, we are offering a class on-campus conducted by the American Heart Association: Saturday, November 7, 2009 8:00a.m.-3:00p.m. in the Maas Auditorium (Registration Deadline is Friday, October 30, 2009) In order to conduct this training session, we need to have a minimum of 10 students sign up for the class. To Register For FIRST AID/CPR Training, You Must Fill In the Areas Below and Submit: Last Name: First Name: Middle or Maiden Name: EMail Address (with @hope.edu): Hope College ID Number:     Training Type: Please select from the following: Initial CPR & First Aid certification - $55.00 * CPR ONLY - $35.00 (meets at 8:00 am) First Aid ONLY - $35.00 (meets at 12 noon) The fee(which is non-refundable) will be charged to the student's account at Hope College. The registration fee includes the cost of the instructor, materials and drinks. *Lunch is provided for those taking both First Aid and CPR.
